Digital Download Policy

Every purchase is a digital PDF download — nothing physical is shipped. Files are available the moment payment confirms: on the confirmation page, in your email receipt, and permanently in your Dashboard → My Downloads.

Personalized and custom-built packs are generated fresh at the moment of purchase and may take a few extra seconds to appear.

Download links in receipt emails work without logging in, using a secure one-order token. Links inside your Dashboard require your account login.

There are no download limits and no expiry dates. If a link ever breaks, contact us and we'll restore your access.

Files are PDFs sized for A4 and US Letter. You'll need any free PDF reader (your browser works fine) and a printer.
