How do I get my printable after buying?

Instantly. The moment your payment confirms, your download links appear on the confirmation page, land in your email receipt, and live forever in your Dashboard → My Downloads.

What do I need to print?

Any home printer and ordinary A4 or US Letter paper. Cardstock is nicer for charts and flashcards, but not required.

Can I print a pack more than once?

Yes — every purchase includes unlimited reprints for personal use. Growth spurts welcome.

How does personalization work?

Type your child's name (and, for the Pack Builder, their age, skills and favourite theme) before checkout. We generate a unique PDF with their name woven through the pages, seconds after payment.

Can I gift a pack to someone else's child?

Yes — choose 'Send as gift' in the Pack Builder, add the recipient's email and a message, and we'll email them a beautiful claim link.

What ages do you cover?

Our packs are grouped for ages 2–3, 3–4 and 4–5, with many products spanning 2–8. Every product page shows its age range.

Do you offer refunds?

Digital downloads can't be 'returned', but if anything is technically wrong with your file we'll fix it or refund you — see our Refund Policy.
